What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy, where within 7 days after receiving the item you may contact us and send the item back at your expence for a refund.

What shipping service do you use?

All our jewely is shipped to the most US States via USPS Ground Advantage mail service. For any other special shipping service request, please contact us directly.

Can you combine the shipping if I buy more?

We would be happy to combine shipping for our customers and will reach out to offer saving option with the bigger purchase.

How fast will I receive my jewelry?

The shipping time may vary, however most packages received by customers within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer local pick up?

The inventory is available for online purchasing, and for now we are not offering a local pick up option.
